The woman with browny hair has an unapproachable condescending demeanour. Her and one of the hijabi women look judgemental when they ask you which box to tick on the prescription. It's awkward saying tax credits in a pharmacy full of people.They should be more discreet.This chemist is looking very empty and dated, needs a good makeover and shelves neem filling.

If you?re after a horrific service, rude and ignorant staff, this is the chemist for you! I?m baffled how the employees still have jobs, the way they treat customers is a disgrace and they truly ought to be ashamed of themselves. I take slight solace in knowing I?m not the only one they treat like this. The women in particular have a schoolyard mentality, sniggering amongst themselves whilst they continue to ignore the queue of people waiting patiently to be served. If it wasn?t connected to the doctors surgery, I doubt they would have any custom at all. & it?s clear the good reviews have come from within. Nice try.

Not open at 0830hrs as specified. The Surgery suggests they open when they want. I suggest you change your opening times on here to 0900hrs.

Always fantastic customer service from this pharmacy, the staff are great and very polite. It is a busy pharmacy, in a good location and plenty of parking. Cannot fault the service here. Good range of OTC and other products, its only a small pharmacy but they stock a good range, well done to you guys.

Always a poor experience dread going. Prescription is never ready and some female staff are rude laughing quietly in a disrespectful way. Uncomfortable experience!
