After closing the Brighouse branch I have been left with no choice but to use the Huddersfield HSBC branch which with a disabled wife and parking non existent in the Town centre is a real pain and hardly ideal.My first visit to the the branch today I was filled with apprehension however the staff were brilliant Zarinda (I hope I have the name right) especially was very patient sorting an issue with a phone app I will not be bothered about visiting again.

A bit of a wait from the start but Tracy put my anxiety at ease and sorted out my mobile app usage .Keep up the top work Tracy and make sure Barclays head honchos treat you and honour you well.

This is now my ?local? branch due to all others closing near me. I visited to make what I assumed would be a quick and easy amendment to my account, and also one I couldn?t do online. After queuing for a counter for 10 minutes, I reached the front to be told they don?t deal with my request there and to go downstairs. (No signs making this clear anywhere). I went downstairs to be told either wait 40 mins or make an appointment to come back another day. All i wanted to do was change my surname. Gone are the days of popping into your local branch and doing something within 10 mins! Ridiculous

Raheem sorted out some issues with our account that were a nightmare for me, I'm blind in one eye so was difficult to see the screen but Raheem was very patient with me and very helpful.Thanks dude

One of the cash machines outside keeps breaking down. However great customer service when I came in to sort out my online banking.

Waited over 40 minutes to be seen and there was only 1 person in front in the queue. Seemed to be only 2 staff, 1 checking people in and 1 handling the queries. Very poor planning and management!

Amanda upstairs was great very helpful, down stairs terrible made inquiries asked to wait, then lady dealing with me started serving other people before sorting my issue ??? Walked out issue unresolved? it used to be called customer service. Not sure what it is now..??

I have been waiting for cash back under Visa guarantee since 25th October value £25_98 all. I am getting is a text saying still working on your case 4 months 1 a month saying staff shortage, That's really funny Mark's and Spencer did a refund under Visa rules within a week.IF I don't get the refund by next Monday 11th then I will take out a county court case and when successful both easy life and HSBC will have a county court judgement against both and this will not look good amongst customers and shareholders so 1WEEK BEFORE I GO TO COURT
