The staff are so polite and helpful the store is always clean and immaculate the shelves are always full. The team go over and beyond to be helpful in the Holmfirth store. Well done for your hard work and I am hoping you get the recognition you all deserve- Adam Sheldon

Coops fine, Cafe is a let down. Seems you have picked the worst most ignorant staff for the job and stuck them all in the cafe! They are rude, ignorant and highly unprofessional. As you walk towards the coffee counter, they will literally turn their back to you and start pretending to do jobs or chat to each other just so they can make you wait a little longer. The youngest girl that works there is the worst, I genuinely don't think she's smart enough to understand what customer service is. There is one lady (not British) who actually does the job well but she's not on often. If I wanted rude service, I would happily pay to go to Karen's Diner. I don't expect similar service in my local supermarket!

This my local supermarket and service is always very good and friendly. One of the managers, Mick, is always friendly and welcoming, even though he always speaks to me about Huddersfield Town

Easily found at one end of town..Car park outside thats very large.Costs 40p per hour, 60p for 2 hours, 90p for 3 hours or £2 for 4 hours, or £4 all day.Parking is free after 4pm.Tickets can be reimbursed inside at the kiosk.Medium sized supermarket with lots in.A cafe inside to the right as you go through the entrance.Self serve check outs and a few with cashiers.Service was fast and efficient.I cannot fault this supermarket and find it to be helpful and convenient within the town.

This is the largest Co-op that I have ever been in. It even has an in-store cafe which we couldn't sample but looked great. We went in on a hot Sunday afternoon for some ice creams and it was like a cool oasis.The shop itself is modern and clean with wide aisles and is well-stocked everything you'd expect from this size Co-op. There is a bank of self-checkouts as well as the more traditional tills to make life easier for everyone.The shop has its own car park which is pay and display, but if you spend a few pounds in store they will refund the cost of two hours of parking. I don't know how this works as we hadn't parked in the car park but I'm sure the staff would sort it without any hassle.

A large Co-op with plenty of parking (pay and display). It had everything I needed with a more than decent level of choices.Lots of clear social distancing measures in place while that's mandatory.

It was a nice clean well set out supermarket and the prices were much better than I had expected, it's got lots of parking space and caters well for the difficult customers like me as I have a lot of intolerances and shopping is always difficult for me but not at co op.Thanks co op
