“I have to Say that going during the week is a good experience. The clothes are nice and neat and you can have a good look without other shoppers barging into you. When I needed to take something back that did not fit, not an issue just keep the labels on it and take the same card with you. Be nice to staff and treat them as you want to be treated and you get good service. Also if you don't ask you don't get an answer. There was a Box of boxers ripped open and one missing[ yes people steal underware] I asked If there was anything they could do and price was reduced.”

I had a lot of questions and requirements because it is our first baby and she helped us from start to finish answering all of our questions and advices us on what is the best for us and our lifestyle. It didn’t felt like she was pushing on us products or forcing us to buy what’s the most expensive things like a lot shops do which I can’t stand. Her approach was genuine and sincere. “1. The store is horribly maintained mainly because of the shoppers just trying to find things and throw it on the floor.2. Continuously the staffs have to keep arranging3. Size is not available for most of the newly arrived clothes4. Not much collections for 3 - 4 weeks straight5. It says the store closes by 6 but the fitting room closes by 5.30 - the staff is not accommodative / understanding”
