I returned a faulty dehumidifier over a year ago and was given a refund. I have (over a year later) started getting threatening calls from them demanding I provide them with a tracking number and that they will take legal action to get me to pay. How they are still in business is anyone's guess.

Shocking place do not order from here... my partner started work here they are racist they don't communicate wellThe boss Richard assaulted my partner to the point poilce was called.My partner witnessed furniture being sliced with Stanley knifes... and still packed and sold damaged.Unsafe environment for any one to work in, white people not accepted in this workspace.... very unprofessional

Bought an Indesit washing machine 19.30 on the Sunday, was here by 9.00 on the Tuesday.Smooth and easy transaction.Only used the item a few times so far but excellent price/customer service so far.

Worst experience I ever had with an online purchase. Faulty items, tried to (over)charge me for an alternative refund, requested a full refund which wasn't processed at first, and when it finally was, the money didn't come in full. Waiting for the rest of my money. Do not buy at this company!!!!

Purchased a high spec Samsung television from them and after 2 years it developed a fault with the backlight. Looked up our rights on Citizens Advice and discovered that despite being out of the standard 1 year manufacturer warranty, we are still protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which states that goods need to last a reasonable length of time. UK courts accept that a good TV should last a minimum of 6 years.Contacted them about the issue and they dismissed us, claiming it needs to be the manufacturer who resolves it, and it?ll be a chargeable repair. This is absolutely not true. The law states the *retailer* must rectify the situation, and we are entitled to a repair, replacement or part refund - any of which we would be happy with. However, they are not prepared to help us at all. Citizens Advice have advised us that if they do not put right the situation within 28 days, we should open a claim with the small claims court. We intend to do this if we do not receive an acceptable resolution.If you are thinking of purchasing a television from them, don?t bother! If it breaks, they are quite willing to ignore the law, and they?ll refuse to help you.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES SERIOUS BREACH of CONFIDENTIALITY.I am having an issue with a humidifier that I purchased which started leaking just 5 weeks after I bought it. When I tried to get it replaced, I was informed that the courier had been organised to deliver the replacement to a different address and under a different name. Even in the email, I was addressed by a different name, even though my name was at the bottom of the email. After contacting the company, they agreed to correct the name and send the courier to my address. The courier picked up the parcel and I have evidence of this. However, after two weeks, I contacted the company for an update and was informed that the replacement had been posted. But to my surprise, the replacement was delivered to another lady. I have explained the situation in several emails, but I am still being mixed up with this other lady. To make matters worse, they also gave me her full name and address. This is a serious breach of confidentiality and I am concerned about how many times this mistake has been made and not corrected. Does it mean you have provided my private information to someone else????

Cancelled an order with this company, they still tried to send it, I called them in time, so they had to resend it back to them before I even made it to Me and they didn?t even refund the postage. They kept it for their mistake. Keep away from this company.

so many bad reviews I order Induction Hub about a year ago and it came broken i sent it back And Today I got a letter from court that I never sent it back and that the tried ?Reaching me? to get the refund as they gave me the money straight away and now I have to pay a fine but I will not be doing that this is an absolute joke.

Worst company to deal with!!! Avoid at all costs. Had to contact my bank to get a refund! Customer service is appalling. I had to wait over a month and half for a full refund. Do everyone a favour and order using another retailer. Don?t say you haven?t been warned. What an absolute joke. Still boils my blood. Absolutely diabolical
