I wasn't expecting to get a straight swap that day when I went into store but a lovely member of staff (I don't know the man's name unfortunately) dealt with my enquiry so effectively and arranged for me to collect a replacement phone immediately from the Argos store in the Sainsbury's in Halifax. I was really impressed with the service and it's the best customer service I've experienced in ages.”

The two times I did call down with the problem I was spoken to very rudely and was no help at all by a man called Simon which I later found out was the manager.
