was here for a week for placement, 100% the best placement ive ever had. All pharmacists made sure i was welcome and helped me with any struggles and questions, especially Sultan who gave me alot of clinical knowledge of huge benefit as well as occupational knowledge and helped me understand why things are done the way they are. as well as Max, margaret and irene who helped me all day when i needed it. The work environment was amazing and would definitely reccomend this pharmacy to others.

Completed a week placement here absolutely loved it , pharmacists and staff were very friendly. Had good learning experience would reccomend this pharmacy. Pharmacist and staff went above all for the patients, great service!

Only made a phone call to see I could collect my childs preventative inhaler.The woman was obstructive, even after spelling the medication twice and giving both names of the medication needed.Told me she didn't know which inhaler I need.I had to terminate the callSeriously worry about the competency of some people.Hospital admission as the outcome of this.

Always helpful, polite and fast service. Been going for years the staff are always very helpful and kind. They are always going above and beyond to help get whatever you need. New pharmacy in bank field only been open 3 weeks. Couldn?t recommended it enough!

Very poor service today. My partner went to collect 3 batches of medication for me. One was ready and was told there weren't other. My partner had to tell the assistant twice to check in the back before she came back with the complete prescription. I think Bankfield Surgery, if they are the new owners, need to invest in staff training.

Visited today anxious about my concern and the pharmacist went out of his way to help me. This was the best service I have ever received from a healthcare professional where I really felt heard. Huge respect for the pharmacist. Highly recommend Elland Pharmacy! Extremely helpful and professional members of staff.

This is a great pharmacy I would definitely recommend it to anyone! The pharmacy and the doctor was amazing with giving the right information regarding my prescription. I wasn?t happy about something my dentist did but they were so helpful I can not thank them enough for reassuring me and for rectifying my issue. Definitely better than the last owners!
