Took my great granddaughter, who's two,in to look at the rabbits, guinea pigs, gerbils etc, she loved it, and a lovely member of staff allowed her to put some cabbage in for the guinea pigs, bill and Ben. It was such a treat for her, thankyou so much, what a lovely gesture!

Always worth popping in if only to see the animals. Plenty of choice for products I needed. Free parking outside the retail unit for a reasonable amount of limited time . Staff friendly. It has vets for pets at the back of the store internally.

Large selections for cats and dogs, as well as dedicated aisles for small mammals, reptiles and pet birds/wild birds. There is an aquatics section with fish and when you walk in you'll be able to see the area for buying hamsters, rats, guinie pigs and rabbits. They also have an area for adoption of unwanted hamsters, rats which you can pay what you like as a donation for the charity that manages it.I have pet birds so I go to that aisle a lot. The cages they sell are unsuitable for any bird to live in, even small ones like finch. When you have to consider that a bird owner may not allow their birds free flight time outside their cage, the store should refuse to sell these tiny cages, it is VERY irresponsible of them to do so.
