How hard is it to get a click and collect order right? Every product has its own unique product code. I had to trail down again to swap it but at least they said sorry.

Visited on a Saturday afternoon, never seen such poor customer service. Staff were rude, unprofessional and seemed clueless. Whilst I was waiting to be served I witnessed 3 other customers arguing with staff because of the service was so poor. Will not reccomend or use halfords ever. Called customer service and they were just as bad, clueless and unprofessional.

The store appeared messy, and the staff, although friendly, did not work proactively - checkout took 10 minutes as staff member working on her own, only one customer in front of me - training issue.
