This branch is literally the slowest. Since the closing of Yorkshire Bank it's been such an absolute pain to come here. The cashiers are so slow, I appreciate each situation is dependent on what needs doing but wow. A simple cash dispense takes more than 20 minutes. We have our cards, we have the details you need, yet you still cant seem to get the job done. I waited over half an hour to 45 mins to be seen and there were only 2 people in front of me. The time prior to this it took nearly an hour for cash? It's so frustrating having to go to this branch. Each time I go I honestly can not be bothered going back, only because of how long it takes to take cash out. I spoke to someone who was also a customer to virgin and he said he tries not to come here because of the same reason and prefers Shipley.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Both the representative and the branch manager knew nothing about dealing with a deceased persons estate. They wouldn't provide information to me, despite possessing all relevant documents.The worst banking experience I have ever had.Useless.

Rubbish Bank in Bradford. Unfriendly and unethical staff. Specially the ASIAN beard guy (pakistani or indian). Waste of time and effort.GO SOMEWHERE ELSE BUT NOT TO VIRGIN MONEY.

Been and ongoing problem for nearly 2 years with Yorkshire bank my online banking password forgot it, came to bank numerous times to get it resolved staff were not successful and rang them on phone, popped in today and Akeel took me in and sorted my online banking within 10 mins massive shoutout to Akeel he sorted this headache within 10 mins ??

Very bad service. I am appalled by the lack of customer service. I walked in at bd1 branch and was left to wait half hour when I could have been served. I was passed around to 3 staff. Then as more customers came in. They were served before me. I think because I am Asian I was told the other customers are priority yet they came after me.. i left in tears.

I've been with with the bank since over 20yrs before virgin money took over Yorkshire bank I've never had a problem when it was Yorkshire bank but now virgin money has taken over I've been told they closing my account due to too many transactions on the account and its not like there random people am sending to, its my normal day to day living expenses that I do which I have been doing over the years even when it was Yorkshire bank I've never been told this foolishness about transactions and now its virgin money they have a problem with where I send my money and what I get how's this there business I don't know. Am a hard independent worker that works 2 jobs for my family I wish it never changed to virgin money as it is unfair I'd understand if I was doing something wrong but proof and info was given and still my account got closed its disgusting how they treat you it should never have changed bring Yorkshire bank bank get rid of virgin money.

I don't even bank here but they made me and my wife more than welcome when we went to get some cash from the atm we were on holiday at the time they even made my wife a cup of hot chocolate thanks to all the staff who work in this branch

Why is the Broadway branch now closed on a Saturday, how do you expect a key worker, to bank on them hours through the week, poor planning yorkshire bank
