Since moving to South Manchester 30 years ago, we are regular shoppers in your store in Reddish. One thing amongst a few points i have about the decline in the last few years is the absoulute ruination of the fresh fish dept. You may just as well close it down. The fish on display always appears to look dry, and the selection is minimal. We used to love the plaice fillets, lemon sole fillets, skate wings etc. You own your own fishery, so why no better choices in your Reddish store?? Before you mention cost , we now have to travel to Didsbury to buy decent fresh fish. We are OAPs but prepared to pay for better fish.

OMG you guys need to get your finger out and sort out the disgusting state of many Martins/ Mcolls shops. Many are unbelievably run down with years of mismanagement. No chance you will get into profit until these grotty units are bought into the 21st century.

I love Morrisons for their products and some lovely staff. However I am far from dim but I have never come across such a complicated app. I want to claim my £5 but each time I reach the till and remember I am told to put in the number sent to my email after going to fivers.Morrisons need to look round their customers and note most are elderly and can't handle this thought up by some whiz kid. Good grief it is only a fiver! What was the matter with the old card system?

Thamesmead , South London , 1715 this afternoon not a single check out open , no cashiers on duty.. Duty Manager ' Cat ' unable or unwilling to offer a solution at first , not a hint of any apology for inconvenience csused by long queues. Staff blaming management , morale obviously at zero. What is happening to a brand that was a once proud organisation ?If the store cannot function efficiently with staff rotas that are unable to allow for sickness , then the old expression ' A fish rots from the head down ' seems entirely appropriate.Very poor retail experience.

My wife ordered an online shopping delivery like she does every 2 weeks, she ordered a boneless leg of pork which is priced at over £20 which is fine for New Years dinner, she is delivered a boneless leg of pork for £2.42p, less than half a kilo in weight, just like a pork chop, how will that feed a family of 4, rings them up and is offered a refund, 1 very unhappy customer, will look at placing her online orders from another Supermarket and will have to go to another Supermarket tomorrow and replace it, not very good customer relations.

Can someone from Morrisons head office get in touch with me. My car was damaged at your Grimsby Store. The store manager filled in a report whilst I was there, took photos and forwarded. I took photos and forwarded. I now have a company car that requires £2000 worth of repairs, that I can hardly drive and am getting absolutely nowhere with your claims department, they will not call me to discuss, and have even said the following - "We can confirm the Claims Team are a correspondence team only.We are unclear in respect of the incident circumstances. Please provide a thorough explanation and if you have taken photos of the defect you refer to, please forward to us the photos of the defect you claim to have damaged your vehicle on." - Store manager took photos and sent a report whilst I was sat in his office, I took photos and sent my own report, I even have a case number, but nobody seems to know anything!!! I have a business company car sat in my driveway and am getting absolutely nowhere!!!!!!!!

We are an elderly couple and to avoid venturing out in the snowy weather, we placed a food order on Saturday 2nd December for delivery between 11 am and 12 noon on the Sunday. It is now 14.20 on Monday 4th December and we have still not received the order. We called Customer Services 3 times on Saturday, to be told (1) it was out for delivery, (2) in the afternoon, it was 4th on the list, (3) later in the evening, it would be delivered on Sunday. Sunday we were told twice it was out for delivery but a van had broken down. It would be delivered Monday morning. Rang again at 11.30am today, Monday and told it was out for delivery, the driver would ring an hour before delivery and that no deliveries had been made on the Saturday or Sunday. So, here we sit waiting for food to be delivered. No point in ringing Customer Services as they only tell lies and rubbish. I suppose if it hasn't arrived by 5pm I will have to drive out in the bad weather to the local store to see if I can get any sense out of them. It isn't possible to phone the store directly.Very disappointed and very annoyed. First time ordering on line and don't think I'll be doing it again.

Don't appreciate being woken up at 5.40am this morning 28/11/23 by a message telling me to activate my rewards. It's pointless and you rarely get any points per spend now. Points scheme waste of time now Asda points are better.

I visit your stores at least 3 times per week, normally Stone in Staffordshire. The last 2 visits have proved to be the most uncomfortable Its not just the freezer aisles or the deli it is the whole shop Could you please get back to me regarading this as I will not be visiting again and will find out if it needs to be reported for unfit working conditions.

Absolutely disgusted with the way morrisons con customers. I have had this experience quite a few times and I vow now after this I will NEVER shop at a morrisons shop again and neither will my relatives. Today 14th November 2024 I shopped at morrisons in ilkeston bought frozen Beef Bouruiglnon on the shelf it was stated an extra 1000 points with this. On arriving home I checked my receipt and there were no points added. Myself and my family have decided to take our custom elsewhere to a more honest shop instead of deceitful morrisons
