I had an issue at the petrol station where I was completely at fault.Ravi was very understanding, considerate and accommodating when helping to resolve the issue. He's a credit to the Shell garage.Thanks

Been yesterday to buy a headlight bulb for my motorbike. What a shame, only four types of bulbs on display, none of them for motorbike.Very little motoring accessories, but a massive amount of alcohol, food, and other garbage. Looks like Morison is taking over.Very disappointed ?

Very overpriced garage, especially indoors for food and drink! I got over charged on some food I bought when I asked for my change as I paid cash, the staff said they didn't have the change available? I requested this to be put in a charity box when it becomes available! This should not be happening. I always carry cash and use it when I can!

As a regular, my only concern is that you can be stood there waiting to be served whilst the attendants are taking a personal call. It's always just one lad that takes priority calls over his job. I find it very rude also when the attendant does not say please or thank you. A little manners goes far.

The lady in Greggs stole my sandwich!!I arrived today with an o2 priority voucher for a free sandwich. I paid for two drinks and scanned the voucher. The lady didn?t make my sandwich so I asked for it. She told me it ?hadn?t gone through? but couldn?t produce a receipt and then told me to scan it again and said it had expired! I told her that would be because I had already scanned it and that it couldn?t be expired as I?d only activated it whilst standing in front of herHer parting words were ?sorry there?s nothing I can do?Won?t be going there again!It?s only a sandwich but that?s the only reason I?d gone in the first place!

For a friend, Hi I live locally, I use the petrol station everyday, there two staff members Elaine and Nichole and they are very rude and gobby and team up and bully customers, I will not use the petrol station every again until the staff are changed or change their attitudes

Bought fuel and wine here today and was overcharged, just reached out to both Shell and Morrisons to give them an opportunity to rectify. Watch this space I will post an update. ## update : owner has returned to me and matter is being investigated ## appreciate that Shell ##update 8 November 2022 ## happy to report I have received a full refund and on that basis have given an appropriate review thank you! Poor experience from Navpreet. Used pay at pump (using shell go app). Usually the fuel turns on and u fill up and go with receipt in email later. Drove home and see that the transaction was cancelled and refunded. Called the station who asked me to return and pay which i did. When i politely asked what happend. I was made to feel foolish as though i had forgtten to pay and drove off. I told them about paying via the app and was told ?ive worked here so long and no one uses that app. Your the only one!? In the end she did thank me for returning. But i cant help thinking in the back of my mind that they deliberately canceled the transaction because they want people to come instore, otherwise there redundant!
