We have just ordered from these guys and we added some extra toppings on our pizza. They literally cancelled my whole order because I asked for some extra toppings. The guy on the phone had an attitude aswell towards me. Now I?m not sure if I get my reimbursement back because Uber have a really bad customer service. Aswell as this the food is always arrived stone cold and uncooked. Don?t get me wrong these guys are good but this time it was a bit slacking. All in all don?t order. Will definitely not order from u. BE AWAEE!!!

Very rude staff who answers the phone, give me the wrong total for my order. Then when I asked him why is the total more than what it?s suppose to be he started raising his voice saying do you want sauce or not? I said yes, he said that?s £1 extra I?m charging you? he didn?t want to agree to his mistake so he covered it up with another lie

Simple straight forward fast food.Shop a little Smokey from all the grilled food,so if you linger,it seeps in. Service is fairly quick but could do with bit of smile.

I missed one delivery bc of a prayer and I tried to explain to them but the stupid delivery driver came 10 minutes early then I ordered soo they said it?s not our fault it?s your but I was reading prayer and the driver came ten minutes early then expected soo they been rude to me ever since and when I go the shop they act rude and disrespectful the counter staff soo I wouldn?t Recommend there food as there food be cold or the service bes slow and they say 2 min but they mean half an hour.

Very bad service once ordered gave me burnt popcorn chichen. Second time wrong burger given. Third time grill steak was a tiny portion for 8.50 with no salad no sauce. They do rush I don't like them any more.

Top blokes that run this place. They never disappoint. Their pizzas are top notch and they will do you a reasonable deal if you are placing a really big order.
