“I've used this post office a couple of times! It's good to have a local point to use for sending out post to friends or family. Can't say I use it alot however due to everyone sending messages on Facebook or pictures on Instagram! The shop inside appears to offer everything for your stationary needs the back of the post office offers the services a post office should. The store inside is very basic and mainly offers drinks, chocolate or basic food goods... can also pick up cards or pay bills and lotto!”

“The post office staff helped me out with applying for a passport. They have a photo booth to take passport photos. If your passport is very old, like mine was, you won't be able to use the express service that works with modern passports, but the staff are very knowledgeable about the paperwork involved. The photo booth cost £6 to print a sheet of passport photos that are the correct size for a passport application, just make sure to select the physical print, not the version that just uploads your photos to an internet service. There is adequate parking space outside the post office. The post office is at the back of a Heron convenience store. Sometimes the fancy passport machine seams to be offline and updating, but that is no refection on the abilities of the staff.”

The lady who runs it, Ishrat, does a fantastic job, friendly , efficient and always happy to help. same for all the staff. Never had any issues at all.If there is a queue, there isn't a long wait and it's a clean and pleasant shop.Can't fault it all. I wouldn't go anywhere else! :)”

“These folk have a tough job, managing loads of random queries and with pretty poor back up from management. They do their best for you if you stay polite basically. The depot could have better signage about the ID that they accept to avoid the ranting and shouting that happens when a member of the public can’t get the parcel they’ve queued up for.”
