I have been going Bradford West Yorkshire Store, for past 10 years or may be more.Some time get served by Tracy, Lucy or Paul.I find them all very helpful, knowledgeable and always give me 5 STAR services.If I buy any jewellery or use use my jewellery for borrowing, they give me correct information so than I can take informed decision xx

I have always had excellent service at Nathan & Co Bradford, especially from Paul and Lucy. They are very professional, empathetic and sympathetic. They have supported me enormously. I?m very grateful for all their help and I would recommend their service to anyone who finds themselves in a difficult situation. Thanks for everything you?ve done to help me!

Very poor service, called in to sell some euros at Jame St Bradford this morning, only to be told they can not buy anything, until someone has been in and bought something, because the don?t have any cash in the shop. What a ridiculous way of working. Can you imagine how many customers get turned away because they have no cash.In reply to your response. The branch staff are not telling the truth. I had called in the week before and was told I needed I?d, this was not a problem. When I called the week after that is when they said they had no money. Please review your cctv, it was the man mopping the floor that said they had no money. This proves that your staff not only lie to customers, but also lie to their employers. How can you trust staff like this and how can potential customers trust them

Awful service today. The shop assistant was so rude and unhelpful. Could clearly tell she didn't want to be there. I have never experienced anything like it! Don't recommend this shop at all. There's plenty of other similar shops in the surrounding area with staff who are actually friendly and welcoming. AVOID.

Have used this store a few time find all staff very polite and helpful they also understand the customer's needs I have never had a bad experience or had any damaged items this is by far the best type of store in the city centre alot better than cash converters and cash generator keep up the good work guys and girls

I bought a watch and it didnt work so i returned it. They gave me a full refund with no problem but my main concern is the lady saying she was going to put it back in the window. I actually said.....are you really going to sell a watch that dosent work?
