Great Service. I had an ongoing problem with my Kuga which was then diagnosed correctly and rectified straight away by Napoleon. Will definitely use again and would recommend to others.

So I came to Napoleon garage after having issues with my EGR and was advised from another garage to get this replaced bare in mind it's a (£700 job)..I spoke with Azar (owner) regarding the issue and he told me the work could be done and I'd be looking around £700 ect.. Then he asked in detail about my car and then told me to Contact BMW UK as my car has an outstanding recall for the EGR and BMW would carry out the work for free!Moral of the situation is that Azar didn't need to provide me with this information and could have easily charged me to replace the EGR without telling me there was an outstanding recall.This just goes to show the Morals of this garage and how they genuinely help customers whether it benefits them or not. Very hard to find genuine and honest garages like this and I will be using them for all my mechanical work going forward!Highly recommend this garage!

I would definitely recommend napoleon garage to anyone I had a fault on my car my engine light was on napoleon quickly found the problem changed the part and also serviced my car all in 1 day? staff are very friendly and helpful I was kept updated with regular phone calls about what was happening from the boss himself.I will only use napoleon garage from now on as I can?t recommend these guys enough they are a fast,friendly and reliable business.

Sorry. Presentation depot on.Unfortunately may be its a mistake from garage but they left steering fluid pipe clip loose from which all fluid drained. Due to new year holidays they said to come after but I don't have any other options instead of taking it to another garage(mangla tyres)early in the morning without any appointment where they tighten the clip with out any charge.Anyways will give them an other try as the guy Azhar and the staff is nice.
