AVOID AVOID AVOID! Opened an account and can't access it via the app. It says "Registration Error". When I phone them they say I failed data protection (I think I know my name, address, email address and DOB!!) and won't help. They just tell me to travel a 3hr 20min round trip to Bradford to go in branch. Complaint has been lodged, and as soon as I do get access to the account I am closing it. You may be offering a good headline interest rate, but it's really not worth the hassle.

I rang and ask how to open a bank account and they told to visit one of their branches at any time, it's a walking service. I visited one of their branches 3 hours before the close and they told me that they cannot see me today as they are too busy. Very unreliable, even in a such simple matter

Been banking with them for over a year and think the service is very good. What other banks offer a 7 day week in branch aervice

Fantastic bank outstanding customer service and help from start to finish you have to be bit patient they can?t do enough for you from offering you a cuppa to guiding you through any difficulties your having I sincerely hope they are around for long time to come they are relatively new on the high street but if anybody deserves to do well it?s them they even help the homeless with food bank and staff coming out to make tea and serve food keep up the great work guys many thanks god bless

Terrible service, the staff are clueless. Been down twice to sort an account but they keep you waiting and then when the manager comes out he is totally useless

Negative experience 1:On 25th November I Tried to open online 18 month fixed saver @5.8% which has a 30 day funding window and automatically opens linked instant access savings account to fund from. Could not open after 2 hours and 5 attempts, the website had error, photo ID link button not working for phone selfie.Negative Experience 2.Rang customer services same day lady Donatella at Bristol. She could not help admitted a problem should work with Chrome the browser I was using. She recommended I open in my local Bradford branch. Said nothing about compulsory instant access account.Next Negative experience 3:Visited branch late same day. Was told I had to first open a limited addition instant access saver £500 deposit to qualify for 5.22% interest unlike nothing £0 online!!!To open same fixed 18 month saver in branch had totally different T&C. No funding window and only one chance to fund!!! Totally useless since my deposit funds not available until 6th DecPositive Experience 1:Young mann Dani did all work to open instant access , very pleasant and worked late to 5.15pm. Cannot fault himNext Negative experience 4:Day after visited branch again to ask why 2 different T&C? Initially spoke to Josh then Branch Manager. I requested they honour the 5.8% interest if in the interim they drop their rates before I find 6th December. Their Branch Manager Dennis although polite basically said I had no case against them to do this.As a Branch Manager he knew nothing of my and hundreds of others IT hitch unlike his staff- strange???. He told me to open online App and reapply for fixed to get longer funding window.Negative experience 5:I got Dennis Manager to raise a complaint which Josh logged. They said I would get an Email copy later that day. Now 3 days later nothing.!!! No email, text or mobile call.!!!Very poor customer service indeed.Final Negative experience 6:Now 3Oth Nov, tried to open 18mt fix online now I am an active customer. Surprise surprise cannot do, same technical hitch at photo ID stage link to selfie camera still does not work after 5 days.One star ? is for Dani
