Had my bike fixed and serviced by Halfords, which was great, let down by the awful customer service. Picked my bike up Sunday lunchtime, kept waiting for 20 minutes, when I was eventually seen to no apology for my wait. Four members of staff downstairs who were sat around doing nothing, surely you would think they should see a queue of people waiting upstairs at the bike section and come and serve customers, but no.Definitely put me off shopping at Halfords again.

Placed my order for collection, received notification it was ready, then a phone call saying there had been an error and my item was out of stock, rearranged for home delivery on Friday 8th March, then I received a notification saying order cancelled, yet no goods or refund received as of yet not to mention the breach of gdpr on the telephone,

I took my bike in coz my derailer and brakes needed fixing that's all that was wrong with it now I go and pick it up the gears won't work the tyre won't spin I had to push it home all that 130 pound and know they are telling me bring it back And will take a look at it its been in there 7 days and there charging me for the next service it worked before I took it in there just them things needed fixing that it

Excellent service from Matt today. Needed a breaker bar and socket. Unfortunately didn't have the socket I needed but Matt went the extra mile and checked for me to see if anywhere local might have one.

I wasn?t happy at all with my service today. I had booked in for a window screen wiper to be attached. When I got down to Halfords they told me I had to go to a garage for this doing so I went, when I arrived at the garage they told me Halfords hadn?t supplied them with the wiper, so back to Halfords I went. To then be told I needed to pay more for the driver side wiper ( when ordering my wiper it never asked me which wiper I needed) that was fine I was ok to pay the extra but then the guy fit my wiper in 2 seconds and charged me £5. I would have been fine to pay the £5 to fit if I hadn?t of been messed about having to travel to and from Halfords to a garage. Feel alittle like they just didn?t care that I was messed about.

Disgusting behaviour from matt, a worker at this branch. After being a loyal customer for 10+ years, When I tried to make a return matt treat me with the utmost disrespect and I felt as though I was racially profiled by him the minute i walked through the door. Truly terrible behaviour from this employee!

Just visited Halfords in Bradford, Dan or Dave forgot his name was very very helpful whilst been busy in the store. Received wiper blades and other servicing bits for my new car. Absolute asset to the Bradford Halfords team. Hopefully I?ll get your name right next time! Thank you

I got to the Bradford Halfords at about 3.45pm today after finding a flat front tyre on my pedal bike: l use it every day unless it's very wet.l had just left an event fairly near the old Star pub up in Westgate and the top end of Hammstrasse both on the A 6181.After reluctantly pushing the bike down the wide long road to Halfords l was told, once there, that the duty mechanic had just left for the day.However .... a very kind man called MOHSIN at the upstairs service desk, not normally involved in actual mechanical servicing work (and also due to go home very shortly) demonstrated an impressive level of Customer Care.He speedily located the source of the trouble: a damaged valve, got the faulty inner tube off from under a very dirty tyre and got a new tube fitted and inflated etc. in a very short time.As l had come over from Halifax (bike-on-train being an aging 'pedaller' : often perceived as 'perhaps 75' but actually 90 years young), l hugely appreciate such Quality Service.Many thanks Mohsin.as well too to equally friendly and considerate Josh, apparently taking over the reception desk as Mohsin hurried away. Bravo!
