Excellent service and communication throughout from Rashanna, Joe and Marcus. My car was picked up and returned within 3 days. Very happy with the replacement rear bumper and the car had even been given a clean!

Just received my car back yesterday after repair to the roof caused by a roof tile from my neighbours house. It was repaired through my insurance (neighbour paid the excess ?).I was contacted very quickly and the car booked in, I did have to wait a few weeks but this was apologised for and explained they were very busy. Car was picked up and a courtesy car dropped off. I was kept up to date with repairs and even told they would be replacing the windscreen as they'd found scratches on it, which I wasn't expecting. Car was returned to me at a convenient time for me and I'm very happy with the work that has been done. Just 2 small points, in the original booking process I requested the Keighley branch as I was told I would have to pick my car up and it was more convenient for me. It was booked into the Bradford branch, but this didn't matter as when they picked it up I was told they could bring it back anyway. The other point, my car was originally taken away on a small flatbed but was returned driven? I suppose I was expecting the flatbed on return and just found it a bit strange.But overall very happy with the repairs, the contact from the garage and the overall process.

At first they said it was going to be a 2 month wait but sent me a link so I could send in the photos of the damage and booked me in within a couple of days. Good service, good communication. Didn't get a courtesy car but got a bit knocked off the excess fee. Overall 10/10 would recommend again. They even washed my car and hoovered inside.

I don?t really rate them, suppose to do my car though someone else?s insurance and it was return with a mark n the panel still loose so when it was returned I spoke to a lovely guy called James and he was very sorry about what happened, he said out of gesture of goodwill he could take a look at my wet carpet in my car and I was very happy about that as it would of saved me going somewhere else, my car was only gone a couple of days and so I thought it was going to be in all weekend as I had not heard from them so I put petrol in on the Thursday, as I was very busy on the Friday, then Friday morning I got the message they returning my car !! No notice or anything! So obviously I was annoyed! Messed my day up! Half way through I had to return so they can drop my car off! Only when they did the paintwork was done, but the panel was still the same! So I wasn?t happy and I had to wait as no one was returning my calls, so eventually I manage to talk to James and he was very downhearted as they made him redundant but I will give him 5stars as he went above and beyond and came to my house to put these clips on my car so I was very appreciative of that. Thank you JamesAnd also to add when they drop my car off on the Friday I went out and I could hear lots of clacking from beneath my bonnet I had no idea what it was, until it flew out from under my car and when I drove back I took a look and it was like a claw metal as though they left something under my car. Very disappointed with their service. Ashame they got rid of James as he customer service was lovely.

The prompt, friendly and quality service I received was outstanding. From the initial call on the same day as the crash, the collection of the car from home some 20m from the garage, delivery of a courtesy car(which was quality) to arranging the collection everything was spot on. Excellent communications throughout not to forget the quality of the repairs. We'll done

When my vehicle was bumped, the insurance company arranged for my car to go here. They collected it at a time to suit me, kept me up to date and retuned my car fully repaired in a week. Really pleased with the service.
