Always a great experience when visiting this centre, the staff are always really helpful and pay attention to your individual needs. I always buy trade paint it's more costly, but better coverage and finish.

It's a shame that the management of this branch is so poor because I love the paint, but every time I go to this branch, I get refused to open a trade account, although I tend to spend a lot on paint. I've got told that I don't need one unless I buy massive amounts and that I get my basic trade discount anyway which is true sometimes, but most of the time, it's not applied against the purchase, and I only noticed it looking back on a few of my invoices. Anyway, I feel like this branch is not interested in smaller businesses, but before I switch brands I'll give a try in another branch and see how it goes.

Having purcheased a 5 litre tin of Dulux paint I found that the colour was not what went with the room .My fault .I went to change and was given the most wonderful service anyone could wish to ask for .They were sorry that it didnt go and reopace for new colour with no quibble at all.I cannot say how much I will recommend this shop to anyone looking to buy paint .Its 20 /10 from me .Thank you.

Excellent service having been to quite a lot of places someone told us about this place wow we both wish we he'd found it sooner the youngish mid 30is was Excellent Mrs A said we now know where to go again...praise indeed..ps he even put the paints into our car. What more need I say.

Asking for a repeat order is impossible they keep records of trader customers and refuse to give you an account unless you're a trade customer using a specific volume. Poor service
