Was served by a young lady called Anika, The Customer service was absolutely terrible very arrogant no please or thank you, didn?t even offer a bag for my shopping, terrible attitude, I have been shopping there since it opened, Appalling service won?t be shopping there anymore

Very disorganized store. I visited this location three times in a time frame of a month. On all three occasions, the men's section was not stocked up and it looked the exact same. Products that I previously purchased from here are not being restocked.

Rude staff member JULIE. I was accused of trying to conceal how much paracetamol I was buying. I purchased 2 boxes and had a friend with me who also purchased 2. We shared the same shopping basket for convenience. Just as I approached the check out I handed my friend their 2 boxes of paracetamol. The check out lady called JULIE laughed as she saw me and said ?I clearly saw you hand over 2 boxes and I can?t serve you. You clearly know the rules & you?re hiding it? if I was trying to conceal this why would I hand over paracetamol to my friend infront of her? All she had to do was clearly explain the rules but instead her demeanour was accusatory and she started shaking her head looking at her colleague who allowed her to serve me.Just before leaving I told her that all she had to do was explain the rules calmly & nicely. She then replied ?yeah but you knew what you were doing didn?t you? You tried to hide it.? All of this over paracetamol. There were no rules stated anywhere in store either.

Great for the store, however the pharmacy is useless. Although it's open until midnight they rarely have prescribed items in, and can't get hold of them

Today I got some extraordinary customer service! I was buying somethings and Julie told me how I could save more money. She didn't have to, but she did and I found that really refreshing. Thank you Julie.In a previous review a year ago I said: The staff are polite and very helpful indeed. Can't fault it to be honest.

Boots is located at Foster Square shopping centre where you can get everything like cosmetic, babies foods, some medicines etc.
