Visited after my wife saw a really good deal online. Attended the store and met Shu who was extremely helpful in his service. We explained our requirements and he managed to put together a deal on high quality units and fittings, for an extremely reasonable price. The shower fittings were cheaper than we had been offered anywhere! We were really well looked after and his personal customer service shines through. Shu comes across as a really genuine, lovely guy. He explains clearly what items are and why they will or won?t meet your requirements. We will certainly be using him again in the future.

Got a full bathroom suite earlier this year and everything has been spot on. Sales rep was very informative and helpful. Plenty of variety in stock and in catalogue. Good quality items and delievery was on time.
