They have everything you could need and more. Prices are a little higher than the independent local stores for parts and small plumbing materials but isn?t extortionate. They open at 7am too at the time of writing so can be a lifesaver for emergency repairs.

No longer cut timber planks for you only boards due to "health and safty" if your working on the timber section in bnq surely should no how to use a saw .drove 20 mins there to then be told can't cut the planks down to fit in my car joke ?

Staff really unhelpful. There were some items I was after that that showed in stock online. After going to store and not being able to locate items staff seemed very put out to help. When I finally did get help they advised though in stock they were not able to retrieve the items as they were stored on top units. Website said hour cick and collect. I just left dismayed at how rubbish it was.

Large diy store with plenty of things your able to order for delivery at home they have removed most manned tills for self service if you know what your doing it is quicker that way.
