Service was bad , my daughter and friend got theirs , mine was another 20minutes. No ketchup, no lids on drink. Chips cold. 2 drumsticks on Colonel meal . Staff were miserable.

If this store was any slower I think the public would think they were at a funeral parlour .It's that slow even the customers are waking out after ten minutes.

So slow was so very very slow that even after patienly waiting for 20 minutes decided to go to coop and eat a sandwich. WONT BE TRYING HERE AGAIN!

Went in on a Friday to order food, ordered it, waited for ages, then they said they were out of chips, so I got a refund and didn?t even receive an apology or anything. Wasted 30 mins of my time.

I really wish I had read the reviews before I agreed to get the kids a KFC - avoid. No food and a really terrible experience both online and in-store.I placed an order to this store at 5.45 pm using the official KFC app which said to expect the food in 10-20 mins. The order was shown as pending, waiting for a delivery driver for well over an hour with the expected arrival time just ticking forward constantly. I called the number on the app at 7.30pm as the kids were getting very restless and hungry. The order was then updated to 'cancelled' whilst I was waiting (for 15 mins) to speak to someone. When I got through I was given no explanation and told to wait 15 days for a refund. I asked if there was a complaints process as it was a poor experience, and was told there wasn't one. The kids still insisted they wanted a KFC so we then went to the store and couldn't place the same order at the terminal as the offers weren't available, so I went to the til and waited ages for someone to acknowledge me (the store was incredibly busy and chaotic). I asked if I could place the same order, explained the story, and showed the receipt. They said no and there were some online only deals, and they wouldn't replicate it. I explained that wasn't satisfactory, and I felt they should honour it given the mess they made of the online order. They said they'd check with the manager. After 30 seconds came back and said 'don't worry, the manger says you will get a refund '. I explained I knew and that wasn't my question, and they had no reply and shrugged. I gave up and said they wouldn't be having any money from us, we would go elsewhere. As we were leaving a couple of people said not to bother, as they'd been waiting 40 mins for their order in store. We ended up getting a delicious Chinese instead, albeit we ate 2hr 30min later than planned. We won't be going back here or to any KFC if I have my way and I have uninstalled the app.

Certainly better than other KFC's we have locally... the food was edible and actually quite good! The presentation was pretty good too!

Always a disappointment.December 2023Cold hard chips, dry yet oily chicken.Often missing food from orders.Been maybe 4 times in the 5 years Iv lived around the corner and every time I go I get reminded why we don't go.

Ordered from just eat at 4:30 for 5 but was still in preparation stage at 6. Once it finally arrived at 6:30 it was stone cold. Have ordered from here other times and have always had items missing when I have gone to collect them myself. Very disappointing from my favourite takeaway company.
