“Excellent service from friendly staff. I often pop in for odds and ends - walking and camping equipment. Yesterday, Sunday afternoon, I popped in for a couple of OS maps. The ones I wanted weren't held in stock but were able to order them for me. Very good price (£6, less my YHA discount) and free delivery. The courier has been in touch already, the following morning, to confirm that they have been received at their depot. Amazing!! Thank you ?”

“Excellent customer service, The management very helpful... my wife wash shopping with our 2 boys in New Look and she lost her handbag, we reported to management and they actually was able to find it through cctv cameras and the bag was actually stolen and was located on another store.I couldn't thank the management team enough for the effort they made to find it. “I went in to buy some waterproof shoes. I found some and took them to the till. I had no other interaction with any staff except the cashier. She was courteous and friendly. There was one person ahead of me in the queue but the queue was dealt with fast.”

“Nice Asda feels relatively easy to navigate. Has a fair bit of everything not too much too it really. There is plenty of on-site parking which normally is always pretty empty and never too busy, also has a café in store. It's often been closed when I've been in-store to shop or just not convenient then and there to stop and have something to eat. Also a petrol station right outside.”
