Always friendly and helpful.I called up B&Q and spoke to Steven about seeing if I was able to carry or bring my puppy in the store, he was extremely friendly and said course that?s no problem even though there?s a sign saying no dogs allowed he said that?s absolutely fine, which is sooo helpful to be able to shop and bring ur pup with u with no hassle ? THANKU

Lovely Store, Always walk out with something I need or came in looking for. A bit hard to navigate the store unless you know what you are after. Tech is a bit outdated however gets the job done.

Great place for your DIY needs.Close to my house I often visit b&q for tools and decorating needs. I?ve recently had a bathroom design planned with Jose and was really satisfied with the appointment.4/5 as I had to do a return of an item wanting to swap it with the correct size once and it wasn?t the most easy procedure but there is always room for improvement ??

Like this store. Pleasant atmosphere and has most of what I need. However prices are not as keen as they used to be and Clubcard does not seem to work for me.
