Some lovely items BUT who prices the stuff DONATED to them? ?Outrageous pricing on items and alot of things you can purchase NEW in shops!!Delivery charges are Outrageous for people who live around the corner!!

I stopped by here recently on my search for a large gin & tonic glass (as you do), jigsaw puzzles, books and anything else that took my fancy. I really appreciate the volunteers who run shops like this. Always polite, friendly and ready to help. I found one super sized gin and tonic glass at a knock down price. Pity that the lady at the counter couldn't offer me any gin to test it out but there you go. All good.

This is a beautifully laid out shop with lots of interesting and quality items, but their pricing is ridiculous! I know it is for charity but items are all donated so I find it disgusting at a time when many people are struggling to make ends meet that their high prices exclude many from the local area from buying anything. I don?t go in very often now after seeing a 2nd hand sofa selling for £750!! Reality check please Guild Care.

I'm a big fan of charity shops and all the positive work they do. I regularly visit the many charity shops in the local area so feel I can make this criticism with a degree of knowledge but I must say that this branch of Guild Care seems to have a ridiculous pricing policy. I see so many overpriced items here week after week. In some instances the prices are uncomfortably close to the original list price and in almost all instances they are substantially more than the other local charity shops. Don't get me wrong I believe in paying a fair price for goods I just feel balance between profitability and value for money is off here. It's a shame as the shop is well appointed and the staff are always friendly.

I believe in what you do and that as the manger you have the responsibility to make a good price for the charity, however your prices are insane. Often more than the item is new! I think the charity would sell more generally if the prices weren?t to outrageous! It puts me off even looking!

I visited the store recently and unexpectedly they were selling fresh flowers. They are still blooming weeks later! Very friendly staff and tidy shop
