A relative of mine is forced to order supplies for an ileostomy and they constantly mess up the orders. Having a profit making company in charge of medical supplies is a stupid idea. They cannot seem to send complete orders. There are always items missing, or wrong. Why on earth they can?t be supplied direct from the manufacturer or from a pharmacy I don?t know. I hope their shareholders are happy because they are profiteering from the poor service they provide to patients. Avoid if you can and use another company. My relative has had three and a half years suffering skin burns due to incorrect products being sent and missing skin barrier sprays etc

Avoid at all costs. I've not had a single order arrive on time or without missing items. I called on Monday 18th to place an order as I would be running out of pouches on Christmas Day. I've had to change pouches a few times due to issues so this was as early as I could order. They promised I'd have them in time but it's Christmas Eve now and nothing has arrived or is scheduled to arrive, so I'm going to have to go to the hospital and scrounge whatever convex pouches they have lying around. I'm utterly disgusted with Fittleworth and will be changing supplier as soon as my stoma nurses are back to work.

I worked in this company before...The company is only focus on efficiency and how much they can earn only...the management don't care about the safety,They place all the bulky and heavy production at the highest ( over 2 meter) of the shelves.One radio is placed in the warehouse only, some staff prefer to play as party, because it was placed so close to me, when I requested the supervisor to turn down the volume, his reply was"you are too selfish", but the volume was so loud to make my heartbeat abnormal and influence my hearing,,,it can be damaged under the situation. The supervisor doesn't try to find any solution to cop with the problem.And the supervisor never think about of subordinate's need...they didn't provide any tools for me consciously (such as Glove and box open knife), as a picker, we are easy to cut by any packing materials, when I needed to open box , I had to use pointed scissors or metal rulers, even though I reported that to him asking for the tools, he just treat it as joke.A lady applied for sick leave because of muscle strain, the company will order the agent to end of her assignment.

What a dreadful company to deal with - so unhelpful and never bother responding to emails. All please bear in mind that Fittleworth are only a supplier and all products can be obtained elsewhere - they dont deserve the business

The delivery drivers are more reliable than the company. If you can get an alternative company, definitely do so. It is appalling that you have to wait over a week for a script to be issued and to get it in a delivery.

Just phoned 1151 and again twice chasing part order wasn't delivered last Tuesday. Phone line closed, should be 1300. Website says it is open
