Having very recently moved from Surrey to Sussex i was looking for a hairdresser who?d be happy to put a box colour on supplied by myself (something my previous hairdresser in Surrey has done for me for 15+ years) i phoned Alicia Seren salon, to ask if this was something theyd be happy to do, they were, and the salons junior stylist confidently explained the cost and the reason for this cost, i understood but said ?id leave it, but thanks anyway , bye? this was because it was more than i can afford to pay nothing more than that, within seconds of finishing the call, i received an incoming call from someone else at Alicia Seren accusing me of putting the phone down on the junior stylist id previously spoken to!!!. Why on earth would i have done that? ive worked as a receptionist for many years dealing with both the general public and staff, and yes occasionally you come across ?difficult? customers without manners or are just intentionally rude!! but i can 100% assure you im not one of those people!! so to receive such a call was extremely upsetting and completely unfounded!! THANK YOU FOR SUCH A WARM WELCOME TO LANCING!!!

I went to this hairdresser recently for the first time and I was made very welcome. Alicia spent time finding out how I wanted my haircut and we even discussed hair colours and products they use for another visit. I did not feel rushed at all. Alicia cut my hair just as I wanted, something few hairdressers can achieve on a first visit. I am very delighted and I shall come back.

Wouldn't go here again. Although I was there for almost an hour it seemed rushed not thought about. The hairdresser was lovely but the cut I came away with was awful! It was suppose to be a straight line cut Bob. This is a steppy mess.
