I am really impressed with the quality of the food, the service, and the price! My traditional breakfast was cooked to perfection ???

Not the same place it was a few years ago. I grabbed a menu from the holder, it was covered in sticky, dried urine. The whole place is filthy and in desperate need of renovation. Food quality was acceptable, but portion sizes have reduced significantly and prices have gone up. I don't expect much from any Wetherspoons establishment but this one is notably bad. Not somewhere I'll be going again.Kid-friendliness: A few of the mobility scooter bound regulars were very vocal about their disgust at the presence of children during our visit at half term. Using bad language at dramatically high volume, even getting laughs and interaction from the staff, who I had hoped would ask them to calm down. Nobody said a word.

Appealing ambiance very much accentuated by the staff. Pot bellied seagulls were standing on the tables outside eating the left over plates that hadn't been cleared away. Really would be a treat to be served food from those; no amount of detergent would persuade me that's not dangerous from a food standards perspective.? Bar staff had a real attitude...surly, inattentive, believing the bar should be run around their wiles, not the customer.Found an alternative bar at the other end of West Street. Spent a pleasant few hours there instead.

Had the average atmosphere of a Weatherspoons, dark and unpleasant clients. However staff were lovely, food was perfect and the service was quick.

Only popped in for a couple of drinks on a warm afternoon... wasn't a long visit but I can't believe I had to que in a pud to order a single drink.I found it quiet degrading. 1 staff member behind the bar severing whilst others just walking around or unloading dish/glass washer. When I questioned a guy,,, why we are quing he replied with....because of covid...??Didn't see any masks being worn.. I thought all the restriction buisness was over?Good drinks prices was probably the only positives I can give

This must be the dirtiest pub I?ve ever been to I don?t think the pub has been cleaned properly for months.Old remains of food all around the floor with sauce sachets all under tables. Thick dust all around the ledges. If the food hygiene inspectors did a visit the place would be condemned.I definitely will not be returning

Very handy for the bus station. Had Broadoak Moonshine cider. 40-min wait for food when I was there at 11:30 on August Bank Holiday. Lots of outdoor seating.

We have never eaten at the Horsham pub before, but have enjoyed food at their other pubs, I ordered fish & chips, expected a plump piece of fish but I received a very small fried out piece of flat crisp fish, plus a portion of peas and chips, my wife order a jacket potatoe with roasted vegetables which she had previously enjoyed at the Horley pubThis was served at Horsham as half a baked just warm potatoe on a smaller plate, the half potatoe was burnt and tough underneath, with a poor quality salad.

Visited here on 04/08/23, my experience was magnificent! Food and drinks were very tasty and quick service considering the busy Friday night it was. Compliments to the chef that evening as mine and my partners food was delicious (fish and chips and the vegan pizza)! The two young girls on the bar were so polite and efficient even with the busy rush, made my experience truly amazing! Recommend and will be visiting again soon.

Arrived as they opened, toilet floor definitely hadn't been cleaned since the previous day.

Rude member of staff who has it out for me every time I have my dog with me who?s an assistant dog , she obviously has jealous issues my other half says as she know of me and has Always had issue for no reason .. (my kids use to go to the same school ) getting rather fed up with being harassed by her . Other then that a great place to eat and the other staff are friendly and kind .

22/07/2023Staff were excellent, as was beer and food.Four pints of Guinness - Cod, chips and peas - Chicken Jalfrezi with rice, garlic naan, popadoms and mango chutney, plus two 'Cookie Crunch' desserts. . .all for around £30 so superb value for money. Well done 'Spoons' see you again very soon.

On the outside this pub looks like a huge sprawling place, but once inside, you are met by a much smaller and relaxed space. The pub was having a few technical difficulties when I was there but the staff were still polite and friendly. The place was clean and offered the usual spoons seating options. Around the back there are views upstairs to a reading area from a bygone era which does not appear to be accessible. The Guinness was excellent.

Visited here on 15/07/23.Was not impressed with the service or wait times. The young lad serving food and drink needed to learn customer service skills. Beer tasted duff/off too. This was my 102nd visited Spoons that is still open for business. Was not terribly impressed. It is rare that I walk away from a Spoons thinking 'why did I bother?'The only saving grace is the 'Top Plates, Low Rates' offers currently on.A note to Wetherspoons HQ - a branch that needs improvement!Visited the branch in Crawley earlier in the day, far better!

As a regular Spooner I cannot express how awful today's visit was , I had pasta alfredo and it was nuked to death , I would've sent it back but to be honest after waiting 45 minutes for our food I couldn't be bothered , the place was filthy too , and not just it's been busy filthy , not been cleaned properly for weeks , a visit to the disabled toilet was also awful despite the fact that the sheet on wall had been signed as cleaned 20 mins previously, sorry but I doubt if I'll ever come back , what a shame as the staff were running around and working hard ,
