Called in today. Products are good but very poor customer service from the shop assistant. Asked about the loyalty card but getting information about it and how it worked was like getting blood out of a stone.

Stood at till for good 5 mins in empty shop whilst 2 members of staff had a chat ignoring me. Eventually one huffs over to me making me feel like an inconvenience. No apology for leaving me standing like a lemon. Starts looking out the window whilst she serves me. Think ill start shopping at places where they actually want customers
