My friend and I, would like to say a massive thankyou too the lovely lady who dealt with my issue and too Jay who she passed it over too. They went above and beyond to help me. I suffer with mental health issues currently and thanks too their kindness, and attitude towards me, they between them found a solution to my problem.

Couldn?t fault the service at Specsavers. The optician was very patient, explained everything, and I found her to be charming. Pleasantly surprised, and the test was very accurate for both glasses and contact lenses.

I recently had an appointment for a medical check up following the advice of my GP.I was feeling anxious not knowing what was causing my symptoms and was made to feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Sam met me and took my details whilst being very reassuring.I then had my appointment with the optometrist, Asha, who analysed my scans and continued with further tests. Throughout she was very professional and was able to give me a diagnosis and treatment quickly and explained everything very clearly.I would thoroughly recommend!

I recently had to visit the store for new glasses, and was so impressed by how professional they were, but also how friendly they were. Sam and Rachna are two of the people I met with, but the rest of the team are just as amazing. Mostly, I was so impressed with the time it took from ordering my glasses to receiving them, just three days for three new pairs of glasses, well done team!!

Wife came here to get new glasses frames. Linda greeted us on entrance and was very friendly and also helpful, giving advice on the best styles to look out for that would compliment her.There was also a gentleman who was dressed immaculately in a pinstripe suit who also came over to offer advice and assistance.Really excellent service received in here today, and we ended up buying 2 pairs of glasses. Thanks for all the help!

The optometrist was great, but the Ricky Gervais lookalike overseeing a trainee screwed up my order, failed to give me a cost/price breakdown and then supplied an incorrect frame for one of my 2 pairs of ordered specs. Now I've got to wait another week and travel to HH to pick them up. Not pleased.

Excellent service always from specsavers - I?ve been coming here for new glasses since I was a very small child and I think I?ve had every children?s pair they make over the year?s judging by the photo albums lol. I?m in my 30s now and I?m still with the same specsavers branch because I simply wouldn?t trust anyone else. I?m the really awkward person that suffers with a horrendous eye condition I inherited from my dad I?ve got a second set of eyelashes that grow inwards and if left they scratch on the eyeball and cause me pain as well as damage to my eye - if I don?t act fast enough and whip them out when I spot them they get long and if allowed to get so very close to my eye they could risk blinding me so it?s essential they are removed. Of course over the years I?ve removed an awful lot myself but I?ve also ended up at the eye hospital tons of times in a&e because there?s some awkward one I just can?t get myself or a bad one etc - one time to save the trip to Brighton (I?d literally been to the eye hospital the previous week!) I phoned specsavers to ask if they could help fully expecting them to say no go to the eye hospital but the kind lady on the phone took my details and said she would ask and come back to me - well she did and they squeezed me in between two appointments just do that eyelash could be taken out for me. The woman knows me now she knows me when I phone up and if always willing to help if they can - she?s even fitted me in at the very end of the day when I was working just so again the lash could be removed as they didn?t have any appointments she stayed past closing time to help me. They are also equally wonderful when I go for eye tests too because I suffer with chronic vertigo so that can make things extremely challenging for me and I?m also autistic- they let me take my time and say there?s no rush. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone.

I cannot see as well with my new Specsaver glasses as my old Vision Express glasses. With my old glasses I can easily read print that appears while watching the TV with the Specsaver glasses it is a struggle.

Fantastic service. Got new varifocal glasses. Really felt like the staff wanted to make sure I got the best possible combination of frames and lens for my needs.Would recommend 100% to anyone needing eye test or glasses. Best optician I have ever been to.Special shout out to Jay!
