“Perfect reliable service despite surprisingly some local customers expecting miracles & weird respect. Old Post Office gave such a depressing miserable slow service with triple the staff & queue. Brilliant now. Might help have a massive sign say around 5pm service may cut off or else nothing goes (infrequent customers don't know & often you don't say) & similar to make it clear PO queue one side while other takes reasonable priority.”
