Oxfam is not really my cup of tea honestly. The Oxfam shops brand aim is to be distinctive and kind of Ethnic range inspired. I rarely find anything here that I really desire though donations or new goods wise these days. I pop in occasionally. To look around for very quick visits. I do like the staff here however. Very friendly and obviously keen helpers of the charity.Oxfam of course has suffered great harm to their global brand name and reputation in recent years. Where unscrupulous people in the field overseas took advantage of some of the poorest and just most vulnerable people on earth in the Third World. Following serious natural disasters where Oxfam staff were deployed. It still leaves a bad taste in my mouth and heart quite honestly. Still makes me angry to remember the scandals of recent years. I think they need to vastly rebrand and re name their charity arms. Even the charity shops business part. I really do.
