like the shop as customer service is very good....unfortunately not enough other brands like mountain equipment or even rab...ayacucho which I like...Very handy for walking boots,socks,etc...

Cane in the shop in Haywards Heath 3 weeks ago. Luke the sales chap was great and very relaxed but knowledgeable. I wanted a lightweight hooded womens waterproof jacket and was presented with 3 to try in store, plus advised, in detail about the pros and cons of all. ?Exceptional service. I actually enjoyed buying a rain jacket there.....how sad.
