Very happy with the fab service I received this afternoon from Aaron and Kerry. I took my Tivoli in due to tyre issues and they saw to it quickly, diagnosed the issue and I didn?t actually need to pay for a new tyre. Saved me money rather than being dishonest which a lot of garages are especially when you are a young woman. Ladies bring your cars here!

Went there for a leak issue in my car after waiting for 2+ weeks (time taken to get an appointment for repair). After dropping the car, the first information received was that they found out the source of leak and said a part needs a replacement. When i further asked how did they find out the source leak, they said they have observed traces of liquid on the surface of a part. I was surprised to hear this statement from an experienced garage which was established quite a long time ago. I said it could be due to some other reason that there are traces of liquid already on that part & also there are chances that fluid could have been on some other parts as well below it due to leak and asked how are they sure that it is the cause of leak (BTW, that is the top most part of the system and it is visible directly if we open the bonnet). No convincing answer. I suggested to clean the surface and to do a high pressure test. (I believe this is the usual procedure for any leak test to make sure there are no leaks visible first before the test). They did that and later said the part which they quoted initially is not the actual source of leak and it is coming from somewhere else. Thank God! because I asked few questions i was able to avoid a wrong part replacement unnecessarily.On top of that the saddest part is they also said they don't have enough time today to check further where it is coming from and they have planned only limited time budget for my car and asked me to come some other day later. My question is without knowing the issue how someone can plan a time budget? Why should anyone wait 2+ weeks without the issue getting resolved? I felt it is waste of time after waiting weeks time and now i have to wait few more weeks to get an appointment either in the same garage or somewhere else.Atleast, they could have handled this better if they have accepted the fault and proposed to further check the issue today. But that did not happen due to this I lost the trust in this garage and hence, I am posting this review. Sorry for long one though!

These guys look after both my work van and wife's car. Services, tyres, mots etc very helpful easy to deal with. You can 100% trust them with your vehicles and that they only do what needs doing and try to save you spending unnecessary money.Very helpful, friendly and great service.

Had a fast puncture on my car. Called and they were immediately on hand to deal with issue as i close by. Wayne managed to salvage the tyre with a puncture repair, saving me a pretty penny on a new one! Excellent, prompt and attentive customer service. Costs were reasonable and competitive with other similar garages. Many thanks.
