A cut down version of the Horley department store so limited ranges. A lot of kitchenware at reasonable prices.

Bought a bed, mattress and a headboard. The headboard had not been finished properly and one strut was very rough wood with splinters. Unfortunately I didn't realise till I had tried to fit it on the new bed and as a result the headboard strut pulled the mattress cover and left splinters in it. While I appreciate that I do not need a whole new mattress, just getting a new strut after the damage that was done is not really customer service.
