What an amazing hard working team.A very busy Sunday with a lot of people waiting for prescriptions, the young girl in particular was so good individually to every customer who approached her, despite her being obviously worn out and working so hardThe gentleman working with her also was very caring to each needs of the customer.I hope they know how much it was noticed despite our wait, that we could see they were doing their best!

3 staff stood around at the medicine counter (next to pharmacy) chatting and said they can?t give out any over the counter items paracetamol etc between 1-2 as they are closed. This area next to pharmacy is never staffed as it is.Awful service at this part of store, suggest people go elsewhere.

Coustermer services is really bad. They take way too long to prepare Prescriptions. During lunch they close the store. AVOID.

For a company the size of Boots the customer service in the Pharmacy is appalling. I was at the head of the queue last evening, there were 2 on reception plus 2 pharmacists all within view of us. One of the receptionist called over to me ? Give me a second? which was fine at that point. However they then kept their heads lowered avoiding further eye contact and I waited almost 10mins, trying not to show my frustration, trying to politely attract their attention, no response how rude is that, I was clean shaven when I joined the queue. What has happened to friendly, cheerful, smiling staff and please don?t tell me they are short staffed and under pressure, that?s doesn?t work any more, especially with 4 behind the desk. Needless to say won?t be going back.

Unfortunately, this store just seems to be understaffed. It always has the same very cheerful man on the tills, and although his customer service is 2nd to none, it's just a shame that the rest of the store isn't.

My husband and I have both had poor experiences with this pharmacy. Unhelpful, rude and incompetent staff. I will not be returning for pharmacy services.

Helpful staff in the main shop with great displays.Edit 2022 Boots have just tried to charge a 97 yr old women of my acquaintance £55.00 for home delivery for a year, I would rather pick it up for her myself, Shame on Boots!

Come on, Boots. Pull yourselves together. Tried to call in today for a few items. Astonished to find they are closed from 13.00 - 14.00. Are we trying to emulate European-style opening hours? If so, why not mention it on Google Maps? I'd finished the rest of my shopping and couldn't afford to wait 45 minutes until they reopened so had to leave empty-handed.
