Hetal was great, she forgot to put my blue light card discount through so called me back, gave me a refund and then put it through again with the discount. It was very busy and it could easily have been ignored but she chose to not let that happen :)

I bought a bottle of orange juice. When I got to the counter it was more than I was expecting (4.30 instead of 2.90). I was told the price on the shelf was for a different size. Not only was there no label for the larger size, there were also none of the smaller bottles, nor was there any space for them on the shelf where they might have been previously. The label for the non-existen smaller bottles was on the right side of the shelf, and the large bottles took up around a quarter of the shelf, going right up to the end and stacked deep too. For some reason, the lady serving me chose not to remove the misleading label even after having the problem pointed out to her. The only indication that the label was not for what was on the shelf was "250ml" written in the most miniscule writing imaginable. I regret not taking a picture of it. Many people would not be able to read this at all. I myself, being 31 and with perfect eyesight, had to lean closer to read it than I had to in order to pick up the bottle.Someone buying this as part of a larger order would probably not realise they had been charged more than they were expecting.

Extremely substandard behaviour from the manager. No clear indication of landside and airside two different stores. The app only showed airside or whatever- so unable pick up the ordered item. The manager could have stopped making coffee elsewhere and could have helped in getting the coffee but instead was very rude and educated me while I was fasting in the Ramadan. Utterly disgraceful service.

After waking up at 4 a.m for our flight home a butter crossant and a hot cup of caffe latte hit the spot, our barista ila gave us great service and was really
