“I ventured in here the other day for the first time ever. I popped in here really as I am considering in future possibly opening an account with this building society. The last physical high street branched one locally in East Grinstead town center shopping area.I had a medium duration queue wait in the branch here, before kind counter staff helped me with some provided basic literature to read. I was directed to see more online. I expected this of course these days. But I'm old school and still like an actual physical branch to go into. Especially for raising enquiries basic and preliminary to help me to decide where I am going. Very polite and helpful, friendly staff here. Make you feel welcomed. I have to say that I liked the place for that reason. Trying to make a decision now between this and another local area building society.”
