I went in there on Saturday the 26th of August 2023 tried on a few clothes and made a purchase. There were two members of staff a middle aged woman a bit on the bigger bodied side (maybe Irish accent) and another lady with red hair, tattoos and stained teeth. The lady with the red hair was brash and cold when I asked about the changing room, the Middle aged woman opened the curtain on me when I was trying on my clothes deliberately and did not even apologise. I felt very violated and I am making a written complaint to their head office. They need training on diversity

I have donated many car loads of books, CDs and various other items over the last few months to the Crawley BHF shop, but today I was told on the telephone in no uncertain terms that they would not accept any more donations from me. Supposedly, some of the books were not of the best quality. If that was the case they should have not accepted them in the first place.OK, I will donate to Sense, Oxfam, or St.Catherines instead.Bye bye BHF Crawley.

We have just had a collection from our house ( Redhill) so not local to Crawley.Wonderful service, very polite drivers collected our bed. We recommend you use BHF when donating good quality and sellable items of furniture. Mr ans Mrs S
