Carry on with great job that all of you are doing!!After reading some reviews I can?t understand some of the comments, I believe some of you need to understand that this pharmacy is understaffed and very busy!!I have always found the staff VERY helpful and have never experienced a bad interaction with the staff, they have always treated me with respect and answered any questions I may have with my medication.Maybe if some of you were more understanding and not shout and scream at the staff they would treat you with some respect ? treat others the way you wish to be treated?

I visited today after another pharmacy didn?t have part of my prescription.I was served quickly and efficiently by friendly staff and the medication was in stock ?

In my opinion they aren?t even worth 1 star. My repeat prescriptions are sent to them ie a Tuesday 7, 8 or even 10 days later, and after calling them several times, ( if they answer) they say ?I?ll just check?, come back to tell me they will be ready by the end of the day. Makes me wonder just how long I would have to wait if I didn?t contact them. The only reason I go there is because I?m partially disabled and can?t walk that far. I have now found a pharmacy that deliver NHS prescriptions to my home and never longer than 3 days from ordering them, providing they are in stock. Fortunately that hasn?t been a problem so far.

I had to collect some medication this week for someone on end of life, they didn't have everything ( which is fair enough) and asked me to come back the following day. When I arrived I waited 15 minutes before I was even spoken to by the staff, by which time a long queue had forwarded. Then the pharmacist told me I needed to do some shopping and come back in ten minutes. Which I did and then had to wait a further 30 minutes.He also walked out of the counter and back in leaving the door wide open. I could have reached in and helped myself, which would have been quicker.The staff were rude, obnoxious and arrogant. I will not be using them again

Bad service and very s l o w.The 'filing system' is so bad they can't find anything.... even after having sent a text saying my prescription is ready for collection. 10 min wait is the norm.Also, they like to get the queue nice and long before serving anyone.Ive moved to Boots

Great that they open until 10pm as no pharmacies in Brighton and Hove currently open that late. Dealt with my prescription quickly and professionally.

Gone downhill massivelyRude staff waiting for the pharmacist to get back ( after sometimes a 3 hour lunch break)Never know when open either takes 1 hour or 3 hour lunch breaksVery rude if you just try and collect your prescription and you haven't received a text especially when collecting urgent medication .Needs massive improvement

This pharmacy used to be great but within last year it?s gone downhill, takes forever to get repeat prescription most times over a week, a lot of times now they never have medication in stock and I have to go else where and they never answer their phones anymore! they also close 2 hours for lunch from 1-3pm. They seem to also be short of staff so have to wait ages in a long queue and one of the pharmacist there is very rude. I have decided to now change to online pharmacy which I can get it delivered to my home.

After Tesco having my prescription a week they still hadn't ordered it from their supplier . They told me the item is in stock, they just hadn't ordered it . They don't seem bothered or interested that they are leaving me in extreme pain over the weekend. This pharmacy really doesn't care about its patients, they really have a 'I don't care attitude'. I'm assume these people don't rely on medication, so why would they care .

Have never taken so long to get my medication, as after I have to wait for an sms from pharmacy to be able to get it. Before the sms system I could pick it up day after it was approved from my gp. Now on day 4 after approval and still haven't got an sms from pharmacy so I can get my meds. Doesnt take 10 secs to send an sms guys. This needs to be improved. I need my mens.

Can?t do zero stars but opening times don?t relate due to two hour lunch breaks or short staffing. They stopped texting when prescriptions are ready so overall they?re awful.
