Visited shop in Wolverhampton find there clothes reli nice n good quality but I do find the staff n management not very helpful n quite rude apart from one of the young lady?s who was a member of floor staff very helpful polite n made my shopping experience there nice I did ask her name if I?m rite I think she said it was shirley she as long dark hair n didn?t think twice when asked for her advice on item I liked Wolverhampton river island this young woman is a credit to your store hope to see her next time I visit thankyou shirley for making my shopping day lovely

I purchased a tshirt at merry hill that was too small so my mom exchanged it for me at wolverhampton. When I purchased it at merry hill I got 20% off but when my mum exchanged it today they made her pay the difference. So basically made her pay the extra 20%. Surly this is wrong??? I've worked in retail for 20 years to know this is out of the ordinary!!!
