I think the lady serving really didn't want to be working on Saturday (27/01/2024). I took a parcel in, to be posted. I had my qr code on my phone. I pushed my phone under the screen for her to scan the code but was told rather abruptly " i don't want your phone. Hold it up through the glass" ?I'm not stupid ?. The glass was splattered with spit. I didn't think she could scan the code through it. Anyway, she scanned it, in between huffing, rolling her eyes, and looking at her watch.How disgraceful that staff like this are allowed to get away with such awful customer service and rudeness.I've written to Morrison's, the new owner of Martin's, such was my anger at the way I was treated.The stores staff weren't that better. A fowl mouthed female was serving in the shop area. Perhaps when they ridicule the customers ( the very ones that pay her wages!), they should do it out of ear shot of the, said customers.Absolutely disgraceful shop and Post Office. Time for new management!!! I won't be returning.

Working hours are not correct.Unfortunately, the staff were not experienced enough and sold me the wrong items, and when I wanted to return it back to them, they refused to acknowledge the mistake or fix it.There was another staff however who later tried to help, all my respect to her.I would not come back here unless I must.

The post office is only open until 5:30pm not 7:00pm as stated on Google, which is before I finish work and the staff were rude telling me this, not even giving an apology.

My husband came to this post office today to arrange a parcel to be sent the shall I call her a lady he explained he wasn't to sure how to send he needed a qr code she was rather rude shrugging her shoulders and said I don't know she was extremely rude post office you definitely need to teach your staff how to talk to customers properly he went to another post office in pendeford that where more than happy to help him send the parcel hats off to them

New girl working there is useless. On one tracked parcel she scanned the item wrong and when I called her up on it she lied and fobbed me off just so she could go home. I had to ask the lady in the shop to stop the parcel being sent out the following morning and return to sort it out with another member of staff the following day. The same girl, on a free tracked return, threw away my receipt with the tracking number on and just gave me the receipt saying I'd not paid anything. Ridiculous service.

All the services you would expect at the counter.Sometimes this branch is mega busy and you may will have to queue. ( eg. Lunch times) .Currently it's spaced out for socially distancing & hand cleanser is Available.There is seating should you need to sit, not stand.The staff have always dealt with my queries well.The news agent store ( Martins) also sells items for postal needs, envelopes, bubble wrap, tape etc.I've posted pics with the store's opening hours and the hours for 2020 Christmas/ New Year.There is the smaller PO counter within Martin's also, near the till.This is open from their opening times for some services.I was able to drop a pre paid parcel off there, whilst PO counter itself was still closed.

Urgent need for customer service training. Counter assistant texting on her mobile whilst I'm clearly invisible. Make you feel like an inconvenience and interruption to their chatting and texting. Sadly, only local P.O. so have to keep using.

RudeWent to make a payment and although there was no one else in the queue I was left waiting while she fineshed messing on her mobile only to be greeted with a sour face and was treated like an inconvenience.... Horrible woman

The customer service assistant has a very poor attitude. Does not open on time and keeps you waiting. No customer service skills present at all.
