“I had few issues that needed PNB assistance.I had visited branch just few times to do usual banking but never had to sit with branch staff.I am thankful to all the staff at PNB Wolverhampton , who were so professional and polite to guide me.Although I had to wait a little long to see the advisor due to social distancing in place and staff issues, which all the companies are facing everywhere, it was all worth it as all my issues were solved.Fully recommend them.”

“Just wanted to give high praise for all staff involved at the Finchfield Wolverhampton Branch who helped me in October. My query was quite complex first I called the branch and Amandeep was so helpful ,located the correct form and printed it ready for me to collect, she was very friendly and professional and when I visted realised she was new, it was quite busy and she handled this maintaining friendliness and professionalism. When I returned the completed form a few days later, I was required to speak to a central team by phone, Tracy took me through the whole process from start to finish, of which was very lengthy, the process was completed and I left the branch the same day with everything sorted and I couldnt have done this without the exemplar help from Amandeep and Tracy. It really highlights how important local branches are (I couldnt get to the one in town) and it is quite rare to receive such great services, thank you Nationwide, you have always gone above and beyond!”

She went through every step to set myself and my partner up with online banking and she was so helpful and never made us feel rushed in anyway. There was no queue and the lady who saw me was very helpful and professional.They have good social distancing and cleanliness measures in place with hand sanitizer and barriers. “Overall a nice bank. They need more cashiers on: there are always lengthy waits. Staff are always helpful. It’s a pity there’s no cashpoint machine inside. There was many years ago. I don’t understand why it was removed.”

“I have just attended once. "First impression matters". a strong saying. I am really pleased with the attention i received from the young lady that came to assist me. I was one the queue ( a little bit long ), wondering how long it would take to be my turn as I left my baby at home for the first time with her dad. There and then came this lady that was soft spoken and patient. She help with my cheque deposit, while explaining how I could do it next time. She also worked on my card which I had disabled as a result of misplacement. I ended leaving earlier than I thought . .❤❤”
