I went to the store today to ask for a replacement SIM card because I lost mine this morning with my phone. However, I was told that I could do it over the phone and that the system was down. They didn?t really bother to help. So, I went to another Vodafone store afterward and got the SIM card straight away. Three employees were standing there doing nothing. That store needs to replace those lazy employees with someone actually willing to do the job.

I completed an online upgrade for a new phone and I was in store to pick it up. I brought all the documents they asked for. I spent over 40 minutes in the store, during which they treated me very bad like a scammer,they asked the same questions 3-4 times and passed me from one office to another. In the end they told me that they can't verify my identity and I have to come back the next day to try again even though I also presented them with the contract for that phone.Second day I call at Vodafone and canceled my order.

waste of time too busy flirting with female customers poor service avoid like the plague these ppl ain't bothered about the business why should they they are on a free ride and getting paid for it dnt bother going there 0 points and I'm disabled with a walking stick you think these jokers was bothered if I was standing up.leaning on my walking stick huh

Went into the store to ask the lady about pay as you go sim. The lady said in a rude manner ?it is card payment only? so I said that is fine. And I asked what are the packages and she said there over there, and then repeated that it is card payment only but in such a rude manner. She sat at the computer screen and was just looking at the screen and not even doing anything, whilst me and my partner were standing there waiting for the next procedure. It was VERY rude, I asked how long it will take and she replied ?why.? We gave her a good telling off after that whilst walking out the shop, as her behaviour was disgusting and very rude. I would rate this review lower than one star if there was an option because of the service I had recieved. Please ensure to train your staff on how to respect customers. I have never experienced somebody rude in my life.

They are very racist. One of the employees, he lies so badly, and other one said bad words against Islam ( I think both are Indian). I canceled my order on 16.07.2023 but until now they are not pay me my refund to my bank account.According to their promises, the money should have been returned on the second day, but they are liars.

Vodafone's store service is a complete nightmare. I recently visited a store to resolve an issue with my account and was met with rude and unprofessional staff. The representative I dealt with was not knowledgeable and seemed disinterested in helping me. It was a complete waste of my time and I left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with Vodafone's service." I would not recommend this Serivce to anyone !

I?d never use Vodafone again, for nearly 12 months I?ve had no signal and they won?t even chase the complaint up. I?m currently on my 3rd complaint and have been told I?ll get a call back three times this week. Never happens I?m passed from pillar to post while they take 80 pounds out my bank every month.

Worst experience ever. Booked an appointment as had a problem and initially they said they had no engineers. Then refused to even ask what it was unless I paid them £25. I asked to complain and they said to call the phone number and I should do it in front of them if I wanted to as they didn?t care. Narinder needs some form of help as she can?t be mentally sane.

Absolutely shocking, after calling customer services with no one to take my call , I popped in store waited 40 minutes only to be told ring customer services, after 20 odd years ive changed to O2.
