Popped in store by chance at 1430 today. Greeted by staff, no pushy selling. Polite and friendly. I decided to purchase a tumble dryer. Great customer service, great price including delivery. Tumble dryer delivered 6 hours later. Again friendly and professional gents, respected my home. Unpacked new machine, put it in place, took packaging and old appliance with them. Couldn?t have asked for me. Thank you WME, I will be back. Amanda

Excellent friendly professional service on delivery of my Statesman Fridge-freezer today 3.7.23 was provided by Richard and Sunny. They very quickly and efficiently delivered and set up my Fridge-freezer, unpacking, and removing old unit. The store staff were also very helpful in advising time of arrival of my delivery which took place within a few ins of the estimated time of arrival. I will recommend the firm and employees to anyone. Additionally the price I paid was very competitive and some £45 cheaper than other suppliers on line.

Awful business to deal with. We purchased a supposed brand new oven through ebay only for it to be faulty. A replacement oven was sent out only for this to be also faulty (same fault as 1st one) the Appliance purchased was supposed to be branded new but this wasn't the case as they never turned up in original packaging and when we spoke to the manufacturer they advised they were produce 5 years before we purchased them so were very reluctant to carry out an inspection. The manager HARDY never gets back to you regarding the complaint. They have both the Appliances back but we are still waiting for a refund of £300. This whole thing started in January 2023 so now 4 months down the line we have no oven from them & they have kept our money always promising a refund that never shows up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS YOU WILL JUST FEEL LIKE YOU ARE BEING LIED TO AND RIPPED OFF. Aftersales care is non existent and full of rubbish excuses as to why they are holding on to our money. AVOID THIS COMPANY FOR AN EASY LIFE

Purchased Hoptpoint top spec 9kg dryer, for a very competitive price. Very pleased with purchase and communication with West Midlands Electrical. Delivery on time. Delivery team Richard and colleague very helpful in assisting me to position dryer exactly were I needed it. He also talked me through process to get to activate my warranty. Overall very pleased with West Midlands Electrical service and recommend them. ?

Bought my fridge freezer from here at a really good price - bit of a mix up with the courier (not West Mids Electricals fault) and West Mids Electricals went above and beyond to rectify the situation. The delivery guy was really friendly and super helpful - fitted the fridge handles, put the fridge where I wanted it, took away all the packaging and advised on usage. Excellent service and efficient company to deal with. Highly recommended ??

Excellent customer service and very friendly. I walked in saw a cooker priced up wrong however I still got this at practically the same price even though they were making no money and free delivery. Will be going back again for our next electronic purchase ?
