store always overflowing with customers. never seen such a busy shop. staff extremely dominant. a tall dashing bengali lad helped me without me even having to ask, excellent customer service skills. picked up some shoes for my grandads casket. sure he loved them. RIP Big paulz #freshcreps

BE CAREFUL TRY OVER CHARGE MEI went buy school shoes. school shoes are on sale for £10 but they try to charge me £12.99. when showed prices tag then they charged me £10. no apology. stuff was rude.

Basic cheap, affordable shoes & trainers available for men women and kids. They stock small variety of styles mainly everythingin black colour.Shoe Zone stores are the Primark status of shoe shops in comparison to others like Clark's, Diechmann, Schuh.Staff are very helpful and friendly. Always willing to help.This review is in reference to Shoe Zone store located in One Stop Shopping Centre Perry Barr Birmingham.(I can't say of all stores are alike as per my positive review).?
