Omg this place is absolutely incredible, it has everything and I mean everything you need from curtains,poles,pictures, furniture, bedding clothing the lot love it so much I spent loads got everything I needed there when I couldn't get it anywhere eles even online so well done dunelm my new favorite shop

Very rude staff. Had a basket full of stuff and went to put on the counter. The member of staff snapped at me to put it on the floor. I was not too good with my back and this did not help. No offer of any help at all.

Simon at the Reedswood Retail Park in Walsall was so patient and helpful when dealing with our request. He was also super friendly and efficient and didn?t mind taking a little extra time to sort us out with our query. The shop was very well laid out and there was plenty of stock in store too.

Love love love this place so much variety always happy with my purchases and staff very friendlyWas helped by new member of staff on latest visit who although he couldn't advise location of item went and found out from another member of staff straight away for us.

It's not very welcoming. My son got asked by security if he was with family on his way in. He is over 18! This seemed very strange to me. I went in shortly after because I wanted to move my car. We were shopping for things for university but it is quite a small store so choice is limited and it doesn't have a very friendly atmosphere so didn't buy anything. Will go somewhere else

Helping my friend move into her new home and came into dunelm open minded on what to buy with her! Lilia the lovely lady working here was incredibly helpful and made me and my friends experience 10/10! This girl is an asset to your team here at dunelm and should be credited.
