Terrible store, shelves are never stocked up, and everything we want to buy is never in stock. Also, we find some of the staff on the shop floor ignorant as they are always leaving trollies in the way of the freezers in the aisles, so if you need to get to that certain freezer, you have to push the trolley out of the way as they won't. The store has sadly gone downhill over the years. We wish they would change it to an Aldi or Lidyl.

The management of this store clearly have their eyes glued on. In the 36 years I?ve spent on this planet I?ve not been in a worse presented shop.Boxes and displays strewn everywhere. Price labels in the wrong place.Asda you ought to be ashamed and asking what your paying the manager for here.Truly abysmal.

A 1 star rating is being generous! Visiting the store first thing on a Sunday you would expect at least some scan and go scanners to be available, having been on charge all night but no. So resorted to the app, which failed half way round the store.. annoying but not the end of the world. However, the biggest issue at this store is poor management. I can go to Tesco or Morrisons on a Sunday and the shelves are stacked and all stock at the front of the shelves. The same cannot be said for Asda; there were people on their knees reaching to the back of shelves to see and reach stock, this is madness. Several times during my visit I lifted unopened surplus products from the top and restocked the shelves myself. There were cages of cardboard and unloaded pallets all over the place, making the small isles even more difficult to navigate. I still spent over £100 in store but ended up in Morrisons to complete my shop. This Asda is a disaster area and management need to brush up on their service skills.. it?s not rocket science!!The staff are mostly really helpful but at times I can see their frustration when customers are clearly disappointed with the state of the store.Asda, you need to do better.

The aisles are narrow and very often shelves have spaces on them. Boxes are on occasions left in the aisles whilst shelves are being filled which further confines the width of the aisle. Manned tills always have huge queues as self service tills are less popular. Several times I have had to choose fruit and vegetables very carefully due to bruising when stacking shelves and mishandling by stackers. Not a store I shall be using much longer.

Dirty store with cardboard and pallets strewn all over the place and shelves look like they haven't been tidied or organised properly for weeks. Asda used to be good value but just feels like a rip-off now. A proper dump of a supermarket. Avoid like the plague!

Absolutely appalling customer service experience this evening. Stood at the "customer service" desk at 7.55 waiting in a queue which consisted of 1 person in front of me. The dark haired staff member about 45 years old disappears into the back room.. not to be seen again until 20 minutes later.. completely ignores me like I don't exist and comes back to serve one of the other customers behind me. Then disappears again like a troll under a bridge! I complain to another member of staff asking why I'm being ignored.. he claims he doesn't work on that department.. goes into the room where she was hiding them she comes out with an attitude and tells me they are now closed anyway as they closed at 8pm!! She then tries to blame me stating "I assumed you were waiting for a parcel.. you didn't tell me otherwise" (like I even had chance) and then gets annoyed when I point out it's her job to be courteous and communicate with customers who are patiently waiting to have some manners as she is supposed to be a customer service employee!! What an absolute joke asda you need to sort this place out!!

Dirty! They had cages overflowing with cardboard on the floor, pallets in the way! Plastic on the floor! Standards are extremely poor in this store

Item was priced cheaper than it was a lady member of staff went out of her way to help. Staff are very friendly.

Absolutely disgusted by security in store today. Literally was in-store for 2 mins when a security guard came over to say I was banned. No idea what was going on, but I assured him this must be case of mistaken identity. I had my 6 year old daughter with me and we were escorted over to a booth at the front of the store in front of everyone and made to feel like a criminal. After looking through whatever he had to on the screen he must have realised his mistake and let us know it was actually not us after all.now I understand this is his job and he's probably under alot of pressure but his attitude towards us stank! By now my daughter was crying, thinking she was in some kind of trouble. And he just looked at her with distain. No proper apology or anything.. A formal complaint will be sent over soon but it wouldn't hurt for a security guard to learn some empathy or common customer service training.

I am so sick of attempting to shop here when you cannot move for pallets! What is actually going on? Turn up at 5.30...pallets...zero stock on shelves? Nearly got run over by person maneuvering pallets around stationary pallet. Joke!
